what do you mean by depends on how it's plumbed?could you elaborate more since I'm newbie here
I have 20 tones pond with filter about 7 tones.
filter consists of 8 chamber including vortex and pump chamber
the system is down up flow..(is it what you mean?)
now after vortex I set the next chamber as settlement chamber without media and the rest is filled bioballs.
I plan to put filter media in settlement chamber for better mechanical filtration.
