The last name you mentioned, Ogata, breeds many varieties rather than specializing in a few as the others mentioned by you. However, when talking quality levels, the comparison is like "apples and oranges". Ogata is not yet in the same league with Sakai(Matsunosuke), Dainichi, Momotaro or Omosako. It's like shopping at Nordstroms versus J.C. Penney!
