There's a lot for me tolearn, but I'm up for the challenge. IMHO I think just a dash of sumi on a sanke is my preference.
I had that discussion about water with some and they don't seem to prescribe to th "soft vs. Hard" being much of a factor. I was asking in regards to a couple of SU's I have in my pond.
