The koi will be judged on the photo solely and whatever the judge rules goes.

Photo submissions close on Feb 17th 2008 midnight east coast time.

You need to submit your photos to me via email. To find my email address just click on the link in my sig that takes you to my personal website and from there find the contact button. In case your wondering I don't post my email address on forums as it will get harvested by the spambots.
