I am interested in EA's new food with no fish meal. It is made with bugs, worms, etc. It's supposed to mimic their diet in a natural lake. It's an interesting idea, I just haven't read any reviews on it yet???
I tried a smaller bag of the EA One. Fish really loved it. Dick B has tried it and likes it as well. I have the luxury to see how food is digested by the fish in my indoor holding tanks through plexiglass windows. This food seemed to cause a bit more poop then I'm used to, but the colors seem brighter. So I'm not sure yet about feeding it. The cost is an issue as well. I may continue with it as a suppliment. Protein levels are a bit over 40% if I recall as well so you wouldn't want to feed as a staple IMHO.
