| Is my filtration system adequate?
Hello,
I am building a pond of about 6' by 9' by 4'. It will be equipped with a small mechanical filtration using a piece of Japanese Mat and the pump used is Omyu 180watt which produces about 25 tonne of water per hour. It will have a Bakki shower with about 80kg of bacteria house. I will also have 2pcs of air stone.
Is this set up adequate. Plan to keep three kois in it.
If there is anything wrong please let me know as soon as possible as the pond is being constructed as we speak by a contractor who specialises in koi ponds.
