i was wondering whatever happened to this koi. Were you able to treat it back to health?

2 months ago, I spotted something similar when I visited my friend's pond. The 67 cm showa looked thin, weak, swam with clamp fins and flashed alot. I thought it was white spots that have ruptured. A month later the fish died.
