Yup.

As best as I can remember (and put into words), starting with the leveled platform it was easy to put a level across the foam compartment and use the twin front set screws (screwed almost completely in) to get the unit dead level side to side.

With the water running, I used the single rear set screw to raise the unit's rear until the water entering the foam chamber was no longer touching that straight edge. Then I lowered the rear of the unit until the entering water was just being depressed by the straight edge (I guess that's the 1-2 mm the booklet talks about). At that point it began foaming pretty good.

I never paid any attention to measuring the depth of the water on the exiting edge.
