Him and I talk weekly and have discussed this... Even though a koi dealer that doesn't order very much sometimes will ask to buy direct, he still prefers to have customers buy from his regular dealers instead of him.
Dealers are also authorized to offer a small discount and when someone orders direct, the W Lim Corp. should be selling at MSRP or full price to protect the dealers... Otherwise, why would dealers sell the products... In any case, W Lim will sell direct to customers things like parts and lamps just to offer good customer support for his products...
No need to get into a rant about this...
