It seems things are still shaking up on this issue.
It would appear that the airbus is too bulky, slow, and has such poor maneuverability that using it for a re-fueler may be a functional no-go...
I guess someone forgot to check that particular little detail out before accepting their bid
and the whole thing is back up for grabs
