Hello Walt,
I'm glad you got to meet Lee! He is a very dedicated koi hobbyist... you would have to be if you were on a little island in the Caribbean with an idea to build the first true koi pond in the Caymans. He had to have someone come from England about 8 years ago to build his first pond, which has expanded to two ponds now. One of about 11,000 gallons and the newer one nearer to 20,000 gallons. Both with some of the nicest koi I have seen.
The 2007 pins are completely sold out. There were less than 200 of them available when Lee made this offer to sell pins and give all the proceeds to KHV research. When sales topped 200 pins after we started selling the 2008 pins, Lee made a donation of $2000.00 to the KHV research project. We are building a second 'kitty' to send the next donation as pins are sold.
Please send me a PM from this forum to let me know how many pins you would like and I will reply with how you can pay for them by mailing a check or through Pay Pal.
Thanks for your interest!!
