Likewise, the bylaws were never changed to allow a quorum to be fulfilled via a phone line connection. Thus, plain and simply when members aren't in attendance in sufficient numbers and they continue to make business decisions and appropriate money, etc, they are doing so in an inappropriate fashion. Of course no one cares the same as no one cares about JRs claim that Spike has been involved in misappropriation of funds other than you guys that are on a witch hunt.
Funny though isn't it that Doug signs all the checks rather than the portrayal you guys are propagating that Spike is taking money from an AKCA bank account and handing it to one of his friends
