Mark I am so with you on the Nexus, Answer or Eazy is a filter that should be cleaned more than once a week. But in so many cases we have to go away for days, if not weeks. I am gone every week for three days. When I am home I dump my Nexus everyday. Some might ask why, that's just the way I do it. I don't like any waste sitting in the filters. I also think just about everyone goes on vacation. Some people for a few weeks at a time. This is why we need something we can count on for days way from it. The problem is, most people don't have people that know much about ponds taking care of there ponds. We can't count on these people to clean the filter if they need cleaning during this time? For me all I will have them do is feed the koi. Each day of food is put in a ziplock bag to make sure nothing happens to the koi.

I guess time will tell with this new product. Again I'm hoping so much it will be the answer to the Answer for most. I would love it if I could do away the the cost to run my two Answers. My pond cost about $150.00 a month to run. I would love to be able to cut that way down with this new Eazy.

For some reason people don't like to talk about problems with some products. I have alway told it like I see it. Some times it gets people mad at me, but people need to know of any problems they might have with a product. We all can go on and on about some products. These little 12" x 12" x 12' box filters that claim to cover a 5,000 gallon pond, jst don't do that. I always tell anyone that talks to me they are way over rated. Same goes for some pumps on the market. So it's not that I think this Eazy isn't a good product. At this point I can't see where it's not going to have some problems with some ponds. Again I'm hoping so much I am wrong.
