I am concerned of high preservative level used. I worry of yellow food colouring inside with flavouring. We seldom see much soya related products at our end.
Understand beancurd has high calcium content. Wonder if cooked soya beans work just well? Good news that the shiro improves when fed tofu. Would it not be better if you launch a before-after photo? Shiro Utsuri lovers are keen on this trick. How about the output after tofu input? Any better for water condition? Since tofu is sort of organic product, is Shiro slim?
