The chambers at the start of the system are fed by a massive vortex with pipes on the edge that have a t-piece about 1 ft from the bottom all these t's point in an anti clockways direction to give a vortex effect with 8 pipes feeding the system from 8 "bottom drains" there is an air ring abouve the 150mm waste pipe and this lifts the centre column of water and acts as a settlement. The water is then passed into 2 individual chambers via 2 150mm transfer ports. This goes into another submerged chamber before going to the pumped bay and up and over the showers. On all the other chambers there are 150mm midwater feeds that feed directly from the pool. This is because the pumps pull so much water over the showers if it was done convensionaly it would soon empty the system and starve the pumps of water for the showers. See attached pictures.
