scastel@tec-automation.com , has already developed and tested bins for this application... Was selling them for $125 for a set of 4 delivered anywhere in the Continental US of A... As of yesterday, he still has some open sided bins available...
If you contact him, he may still have a website showing the application of the bins...
Have had them installed on our ponds for a couple of years and they're holding up great...
