This is hard for me as I have been to Japan in fall and spring... I will start with fall as it is the time where you get to see what wasnt culled out last year from tosai.. and like Rob says if your lucky you will get to see if your lucky your koi that you purchased from a year ago.. This bring me back to SPRING.... when you get to see the selection they are keeping kowing what next fall brings.

Well I guess for me I like any season for koi..

back at home on the Monterey Bay the fall is the best time no matter what.. Pleasent weather and hotter than everywhere else..
