| It could be a copy that got exposed to a magnetic field of some kind, or it could be a problem with the software or DVD burner used to burn it, or it could be your DVD player has poor decoding software for the particular formatting of that disc, or a dirty/dying lens.You might try it in another DVD player from another manufacturer to see if it plays better. If not, the disc has a problem. |
