| You cannot attach a picture to a reply here, per se, like you attach a picture to an e-mail. When posting pictures, you are asked to provide the internet location where the pictures are stored. Therefore, you have to first upload the pictures to somewhere on the internet. If you do not have your own web site, your local internet service provider may have a place you can upload them to and there are other quasi-commercial internet options.
Another popular approach is to put out a request to the board asking someone to please post pictures for you. You then send the pictures as e-mail attachments to a volunteer who does it all for you.
