As I mentioned, both SCV and Tom C were present during Williams test.
First this is not true Steve, Brain was in the area the first time the pump was taken in. I told him I would, but he did. So I wasn't their. The second time I dropped off the pump because William said he want to let it run longer. So I never was their to see this pump tested.

Steve you bring up an interesting point. From my understanding, Tom was the dealer here, correct? If that's the case - why isn't anyone pointing any fingers at TOM for bad customer service?
Sorry Valarc, I bent over back words for this issue. I called Lim a number of times about it. I also took the pump in for Lim to look at it ( a hours drive). I told Lim a number of times it was a bad wet end on the pump. Lim kept telling me like he tells everyone it's the plumbing or the installer. I can tell you it's wasn't me that installed it. I did go over a number of times to the customer house to deal with this issue making sure it wasn't the plumbing. All I would get out of Lim is it's the plumbing. I'm sorry I did give this customer, customer service.

What I can tell you is Lim is giving some wrong info to Steve. Lim knew how the pond was set-up. He told Steve he didn't. I sat at his shop and told him. I told Lim about the gasket not fitting all the way on the one side. Elliott even replaced the lid on the pump because of it.

It all comes down to a bad wet end Lim sold. I know of other people with this issue also. Steve said Lim will take care of the other pumps also. I suggest to Mike T to tell his friend about this issue and Lim will replace the pump.
