Thanks for starting this thread. I've printed out all the responses so far and will be taking to our club's (Santa Clara Valley Koi Club) meeting this Friday night. We, the members of the Board of Directors, have been trying to figure out why there has been such a decline of members showing up at monthly meetings and the lack of support for various club functions (koi shows, pond tours, etc). These replies will help give us some food for thought about the direction the club is heading.
