Exclamation Reminder! Koi-Bito Forums user agreement

Folks,

I will post more later on my reasons for starting this thread, but for now, suffice it to know that these are the rules that you agree to when you sign up to use the KB Forum. I'd also like you all to know that opinions expressed by individual members DO NOT necessarily reflect my own personal opinions.

Nobody speaks for Brian except Brian. Get it???

Anyway, without further ado, here are the rules that each of you participating in the forum agreed to when you signed up. I will state that I expect you all to honor this agreement.

Registration for the Koi-Bito forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. If you would like to cancel the registration, click here to return to the forums index.

Although the administrators and moderators of Koi-Bito Magazine Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the poster, and Koi-Bito Magazine (STI Shuppan) will not be held responsible or liable for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. You also hereby agree that you will not use the forum as a means to gratuitously promote any business you in which you personally hold any financial interest in unless you are a paying advertiser to this magazine, nor will you harvest e-mail addresses or user data regardless of purpose.

The forum is not offered as a free advertising medium, nor is it to be used as a tool to apply pressure to or turn public opinion against the operator for whatever reason. Posts that are unreasonably derogatory or are intended to damage the operator will not be tolerated at any level.
