| Fry Pics Hi all,
New here.
Was just after some opinions on my one month old fry.
I have been casually breeding for the last three years and this year I decided to have a go
with two of my nicer koi the female was a modern showa and the male was a kohaku.
I realize that it is more desirable to breed black based fish together but I have heard of some people having success with Showa/Kohaku and seeing that the only black male fish I had were pond muts so I stuck with the Kohaku. Anyway it's been a month and the fry have been growing really well, their about 15-20mm. They are mostly yellow and black. Basically I was just after your expert opinions on how they look and whether they are coming along as should be expected colour wise. I know it's pretty early to tell anything much but I'm sure that those of you who having been breeding for some time might be able to give me some insight. Like is it normal for them all to have some yellow on them?
I look forward to hearing from you, thanks in advance,
