It means No Further Message and is usually meant to save people from clicking on a message header that would not be expanded on within because the message is fully contained in the header. There was a time, long ago, when web surfing was timed and you were hopefully courteous enough to not waste your fellows' costly access nor bandwidth.

Here the header is called the title and the message is displayed in line as a body in a window. Modern times. Mr. Cover is in effect saying " I just had a little something to add. Sorry to bother you again. Roger, Wilko, over and out." Hmmm, NFM is shorter.
