Hi JR. Your account at KB appears to be fine. Have you tried clearing your cookies and temporary internet files? With IE you go to tools-internet options and then click delete files and delete cookies. Of course deleting the cookies will mean you will need to log in to all the sites you go to again. Hope this helps.
