About $2.50 per square foot. A little pricey - but someone has to pay to for the seaming labor. You know, you can get a seaming adhesive system for EPDM. Ask for it at a commercial roofing supply. Its pretty good, but not fool-proof. I do not think you can heat-seam EPDM so this may be what they are using with the product you mentioned

For high density or low density polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE) you have to buy a extruder heat seamer which is sort of out-of-reach for the hobbyist. There are a few companies making custom-fit HDPE liners as well. It's less expensive, but the polyethylene does not stretch at all so you need to be very exact with your dimensions.
