Pop eye is usually a sign of a serious systemic infection. Especially caused by Trichodina. With it usually comes swelling of the body starting behind the gills and then the rest of the body. If all your other fish are "fine" I would keep a close eye on them for any signs of being lethargic, reddening of the fins, hanging head down. You should stop feeding and do a 20-25% water change and keep close watch for any further development with the others.
