This is something I can suggest:

1. Look at as much fish in person..i.e. go to a local dealer(s)
2. Buy fish from those dealers...(study the fish you bought)
3. Ask questions, for dealer(s) have the Japan experience.
4. Last but not least look at more fish in person...Pics never suffice the learning curve.
