I was just the person who mailed it, Bob is the only one you need to thank.. Now I think you need to read this book, a few times.. you will be able to grasp, much more information that way.. I do hope you enjoy it, I have the original hard cover copy, and it is one of my most prized books. I also enjoyed koi2kichi very much, but I think that is because my fish is in it.. LOl Serious koi2kichi will be an excellent book for you much later. First you need to fully understand and take that understanding and use it. Start visiting other dealers, and learn the difference in quality, every dealer carries the quality that they can sell. Some dealers have higher end hobbiest who buy from them, so naturally they carry a higher quality fish. You need to be able to understand the differences, and the only way to do that is to go to as many dealers as possible, and see with your own eyes. This is the perfect time of year for these exercises, as all the dealers in Northern and Southern California will be bringing in alot of new koi.
