That is very interesting! I would be interested in seeing that some time. I've friends and do business with people in Botolan, Zambales and would be interested in visiting sometime over the next few years if possible. The Ilocos seem less developed than much of Luzon and the Visayas.

Bagiuo, has water problems and big time..Bagiuo use to be the place to be, but deforestation has made the quality of life there a bit more uneasy. Having water trucked in everytime you do a water change would cost alot of money!!!
