Keeping koi is not an inexpensive hobby, so go slow at first. learn as much as you can about water and filters. If you have a club that you could join that would be the best thing. Invest your time and money in learning...there is plent of time for expensive name brand koi later. It's nice to see that you two have each other to encourage and challenge each other. |
