| If I were judging, the showa would win every time because the Kato showa is my favorite koi of all time. But...the conformation on the kohaku (broad shoulders, proportional body, thick tail tube) and the skin quality (granted it was photo shopped with better technology) is out of this world. The showa has everything you could ask for in the variety (all 3 colors finished, sumi in the right places to compliment the beni pattern...). I guess since it does have the 3 colors finished, this would give it the edge? |
