I'm no expert by any means, but I like this young Shiro even with the glitter
She is still young and has yet to finish, but it has much of what I look for in a young fish. Good body, very nice whites and a pleasing pattern. The sumi seems to wrap deeply down below the lateral line from what I can see also. The pecs are very nice indeed for this age. Should tighten up as she matures. The head appears a bit on the yellow side, but that could be the photo, lighting or the fish has a bit of a fleshy head which is not that big of an issue with young shiro IMHO. Yes, the face could be a bit sharper, but keep in mind this is a young female and could very well improve in this area as she grows and with care.
