| What I found under the tree this morning was not a koi, a koi book or magazine. It did not even have a koi depicted on or in it. But it is connected to koi through this desire to know and experience more about Japan. Santa brought me a pocket translator, that will help me pronounce Japanese words correctly. So when I finally make it to Japan, I can at least try to say something in the native tongue of my host country.
