| I split the Sanke in half so we can see what it looks like.
The first (Head to shoulder) half of the fish has some very weak beni spots, the shiroji on the head is weak and I think it will take awhile to condition the fish back to where it is suppose to be.
The second half has alot better quality than the first. Sumi quality it very good on the fish it is the beni and shiroji that is questionable. |
