Hi there - so I guess we could be called the 2 Muskateers....
I have posted some piccies of the piece of land I wanted to build on - but the photos do not really do the size any justice! The actual area is +- 80m x 80m (and that is if I remove one of the flowerbeds.......which I have no problem doing. I was thinking that I might have to find some more land - and I have already started as I am not going to get far with just this one piece.... But at least it is big enough to do something with it!
The problem that I have is that besides building the mud pond - I also have to make it pleasing on the eye - I have landscaped the entire 2,5 acres (over 7 years - and very sore hands......) so I still want to keep it pretty and functional at the same time. I want to be able to sell it easily at a later stage............I definately need bigger!!!!!!!!!!
