Julie, you are going to have some worries about the sand filters maybe. Do you have sand in them, or 2mm-5mm gravel, or bioballs? Sand? Take them outta the loop for sure. If the news doesn't change...dump the sand. 2mm-5mm gravel? (ala Chris Neaves) Circulate small amounts of pond water in occasionally, but not back to the pond, trying to keep them alive. Bio balls? Drain the tanks, they'll be fine in 5 days, just start them back up. Rinse anything that makes it through so no water that has deteriorated goes back to the pond.

You can use a little fuel and a little pond water to keep your open filters OK, but if you are not running them constantly they do present a little worry of getting skunky and puky, Or, kaka if you prefer. It is the crud in the bottom that is worrisome. If you can dump everything to clean it you can nurse things along. Damp, or wet, and shaded is a workable way to get open filters through. Closed filters are tougher to nurse. How good is your valving?

Give fry new water as well as air. Little additions of water. Lotta air. Shade?

Stop sweating. It's just a horror and an emergency, that's all. Like Jackson said, we'll all pray for you. Be strong.
