| If I were choosing, it would be #1, even though the conformation looks slimmer, that is a bad angle to look at the fish compared to the other from a truer top view, so I have to discount that from the comparison. It's skin screams quality from the snow white shiroji to the rich beni and inky black sumi, with promise of more sumi to balance between hi plates. Love those big pecs, too. #2 seems to have a better conformation at this stage of development, but the pattern is too messy for me and the shiro seems to lack a lot to be desired. It doesn't glow like #1, either.
But that's just me. In the end, it's the fish that calls to you personally that you'll end up with.
