It would be interesting to get a look at the father. The sumi is very rich and appears to be of the same quality whether the placement is on beni or shiroji. Like you said, not a show fish, but it does show much about pairing potential and the direction your generational work is headed.
Is this another from the pairing that produced the Sumi with Marusome Kiwa???
