The ZNA Nor-Cal Chapter is proud to announce “The Zen Nippon Airinkai Nor-Cal Nishikigoi Show”. To be held November 10-11, 2007, at the Sheraton Hotel, Pleasanton California. Your participation in the ZNA Nor-Cal Koi Show will help further our koi hobby and is a great way to promote your business’ products and services directly to the hobbyists who use them. In addition to the koi show and vendor booths, vendors are invited to demonstrate their products and present information in seminar format throughout the day on Saturday. This focused opportunity will provide you with increased visibility and is intended to educate hobbyists in the latest advances in construction/filtration technology, koi nutrition and health care. NOTE: Out of town vendors, please coordinate with Larry Gill or Erwin Santos if you require special time consideration. Booths
Outdoor booths are 10” x 10’ and indoor booths (dry goods only) are 8’ x 10’. Table and two chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical cords, air pumps and any other necessary equipment. Vendors assigned to outdoor booths F-K should also bring a canopy/cover. Show tank rental is $50 per tank, 6’ tank, includes initial set-up, water, and tear-down. Water will be de-chlorinated at set-up, however vendors are responsible for maintaining their own water quality.
Booth Selection
ZNA Nor-Cal will assign exhibit booth space on a first come, first served priority basis. Payment must be received in order for requested booth to be reserved. Please complete the booth reservation form and be sure to indicate your first booth location choice as well as two alternate choices.
Security
Outdoor spaces are in a gated area and indoor spaces are in a secured area of the hotel. The club will provide overnight security.
