| This koi farm is one of our national treasures! But I'm not in love with the ginrin! Too many things going against that fish- weak area of beni mixed with gin. flat cut of kiwa across the back on the trailing edge of the first first step is always a problem to balance in the second half of the fish. Red in the pecs. I know the beni will be pulled in with time but never completely and this fish does not have enough to disregard that red in the fins.
The pluses for this fish is the nice figure and the head. Really good. The fish is laid out well and has good skin. But for me, this is an 'if only' fish. Sorry.
