| it's like falling off a horse You have the option to walk ( albeit limp) away or you can get back on and ride. The option is yours. It says something of your character. If you put the cost of the loss as a precedent than you value what was expended and lost.
If you value an education, then you fix what was wrong and continue to advance and learn. I would hope for this individual, the grit to get back on the horse, to be determined to improve their koi keeping skills, to realize that in the journey of life there will be loss and gain. It's how you handle it that makes you the person your becoming......this is a perfect season to get hold of Russ and say "hey, I want to go to japan with you, talk to some folks like Toshio and learn and maybe, just maybe pick out another koi". |
