west coast cali and the size is 8 feet long 4 feet wide and 2feet deep the filter is a 20gal rubbermaid and its new cause i just mad it yesturday and i cleaned everything out and still the water has a smell to it but thw water is clear and it looks like they float on top trying to get air i still dont know whats wrong here is some pics
