Years ago a few places set up "Chinese style" catfish and chicken farms.
Build a pond, put chicken coops above it on stilts, fill the pond with catfish and the coops with chickens. The fish eat the chicken crap and scraps that fall in the water, the chickens eat the fishmeal scraps from processcing, the catfish get bonemeal/feathermeal made from chicken processing. Chicken that tastes like fish, fish that tastes like chicken sh*t! |
