Dear Mike,
Someone who will go 'nameless' had written me to tell me that you had poured cold water upon my last win...and, basically had bad mouthed me on a forum.
I responded stupidly and hastily...to that remark.
It was the typical kind of arguement which we have had previously in many of our private emails, therefore, it was quite natural for me to believe it had been you which had said those things in public...However, it was not you. And, I am so stupid. As I should have known better...
I took the person who told me was...at their word that it was....
Thus, again on this board I am apolgising to you for my error.
I most sincerly hope you will forgive me as I am so very deeply ashamed of myself.
