We had a great trip and were in Ojiya having dinner with Hosokai at our favorite restaurant within about 15 hours of departing from SFO. We had a small surprise. As we were walking up the stairs to the hotel we ran into a good friend, Ben Plonski of Laguna Koi who joined us for a few beers while we had dinner. It waqs great
