Well, amigos, spring is less than 6 months away so I'm already starting to make plans for my very first planned Koi spawning. I will update this thread in the months ahead, but as it stands now, below are the pairings I'm considering for this "experiment." Only one pairing will ultimately be chosen due to space limitations, so any comments, advice, and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated...

Potential Spawning #1 - Kohakus (Go Sanke) --> hopefully majority of fry will be kohakus / go sanke



Potential Spawning #2 - Gin Rin Sanke / Sanke / Showa (Go Sanke) --> hopefully majority of fry will be go sanke, with some gin rin among these



Potential Spawning #3 - Yamibuki Ogons --> obviously, I'm hoping for a majority of yamibuki ogons among the fry here
