| I have to say first that I know nothing about pond heaters....that being said, how does this heat the water? Does the water pass through a heating eliment?
I know of one keeper that used a heater on his pond that was not intended for fish use and after a few years he lost all his fish to copper issues. It was discovered that the plating eroded leaving a coppertube which then leached in to the water. I just want to make sure this unit is safe for your fish. |
