It is so very hard to get folks to understand that a koi pond is a pond designed for large riverine carp. A pond with koi is not automatically a koi pond.
But....the obligation is
always with the owner. Know what you want/need. Put in writing. Watch the builder like a hawk. If anything is not going to plan....stop the work!
