Steve the sad part is it took this guy 15 years, to learn how to dig a hole, throw the dirt in a corner, and throw in a liner, and dump a load of gravel, and put some big rocks in key locations.. I wonder how long it would take any of those IPPCA people to learn how to build a real pond.
